Do you ship your products ?

Unfortunately no we do not, our treats would end up being destroyed in transit.

How do I place an order ?

Great question ! Head on over to our Custom Order Page and fill out your information with the required information needed . A response will be given to you within 48 hours and then you can choose to accept or decline.

Do you have a peanut free facility?

Unfortunately no I do not. While no nuts are used in your order ( unless required ) I cannot guarantee no cross-contamination has occurred.

Do you accommodate vegan, gluten free, dairy and egg allergies?

No unfortunately I do not my products contain eggs and soy .

Do you offer Refunds?

No we do not, in the case that you are unhappy with your order please reach out immediately so we can rectify the situation

Do you Deliver?

It is by a case by case basis, please reach out to me directly to see if your order is able to be deliverable or not. Holiday pre orders will have a delivery date in Durham Region as well as pickup date.

Where are you located ?

I am located in Toronto Ontario Canada and boarder Durham Region.

Are your products sourced from Canada ?

I love supporting small owned Canadian businesses and use many of them for my packaging and recipe development .
